Top Die Casting has been a financially sound, family-owned business since 1977 — supplying aluminum die castings and plastic injection moldings from three plants in Northern Illinois.
Our story
Founded in 1977, Top Die Casting started as a high-pressure aluminum die casting operation in South Beloit, Illinois. In 2002 we added a Plastic Injection Molding division to give customers a single source for both metal and polymer programs. Today our team brings decades of combined experience to every part we ship.

Quality policy
Our Quality Assurance team operates with Six Sigma discipline, continuous in-process inspections, metal analysis spectrometry, PPAP procedures, leak testing, real-time fluoroscopic X-ray, and multiple automated CMM inspection cells.
